Napokon želite početi zdravo kuhati?

S dolaskom nove sezone uvijek dolaze i nove odluke. Ako ste se odlučili malo pomnije posvetiti svojoj prehrani, donosimo vam nekoliko Instagram profila koje morate zapratiti.

Zdrava prehrana nije tako komplicirana. Većina recepata temelji se na nekoliko osnovnih namirnica koje jednom kada stavite na shopping listu, možete početi kuhati. Bazu svega čini povrće, ali i namirnice poput kus kusa, heljde, zobenih pahuljica i quinoe. Tu je i niz zdravih začina poput kurkume ili dobrog curryja, ali i grahorica te sjemenki koje će tranformirati sve što pripremate. Najbolje je početi s jednostavnim receptima i onda malo pomalo ‘upgradeati’ kuhinjske police. Ne brinite, promjene se ne događaju od danas do sutra, ali važno je krenuti. I’m in need of rejuvenation after a fun night out with my sister last night – my Moroccan spiced lentil and chickpea soup is coming to the rescue 🤩 So deliciously warming this bowl of goodness combines rich and wholesome lentils with my favourite chickpeas… in a lovely spiced tomato sauce. This dish takes simple ingredients and turns them into the perfect combination of different flavours and textures. The base is created by using a combination of household spices (cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, smoked paprika and chilli) to create a real depth of smokey flavour. Things that make me happy – fresh sourdough with peas, basil and blistered cherry tomatoes 🌟 Just blend; peas, a big handful of basil, juice 1/2 lemon, a little garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Top with gorgeous blistered tomatoes – (recipe below) and lots of dill. Tastes like summer 💓 For the blistered tomatoes – from #rebelrecipescookbook 1 tbsp olive oil 200g cherry tomatoes 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic granules 1 tbsp olive oil Add the oil to a large frying pan, heat to medium. Add the spices and olive oil to a bowl and mix, chop the cherry tomatoes in half then add them to the bowl and mix well. Place the cherry tomatoes bottom side down on the olive oil Fry for 2-3 minutes on low to medium then turn over and fry for a further minute. Sandwich day 😍 This time it's harissa hummus with avocado, my three favourite things together in one bite. – bread, avo, hummus! Like the other sandwiches this recipe is part of the easy lunch section of the app, link in our bio 🌱 Makes 1 sandwich For the sandwich • 2 slices of bread • ½ avocado, sliced • Handful of salad leaves • Pinch of chilli flakes (optional) For the harissa hummus • 1x 400g can of chickpeas, drained • 3 tablespoons of olive oil • 2 tablespoons of tahini • 2 tablespoons of harissa paste • Juice of 1 lemon • 75ml water, plus more if needed • 2 cloves of roasted garlic • 1 teaspoon of paprika • Pinch of sea salt Place all of the hummus ingredients into a powerful food processor and pulse until a smooth hummus forms. You may need to add a dash more water if needed until you reach the consistency you like best. Toast the bread before spooning a large tablespoon of hummus onto one slice. Top the hummus with some salad leaves, sliced avocado, chilli flakes (if using) and sandwich together with the last slice of toast. Tip: This recipe makes more hummus than needed for 1 sandwich. Kept in an airtight container in the fridge it keeps for 2-3 days.

Couldn't love pasta more at the moment, baby's fave food ❤️This creamy kale and cashew pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and garlic is a nice little way to up your veggies too 🌱 Serves 4 For the pasta 4 portions pasta (we use brown rice pasta) Large handful of kale, chopped Handful of sun-dried tomatoes Olive oil Salt and pepper 200g cashews Handful of kale, chopped 2 cloves of roasted garlic Juice of 1 lemon 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard 200ml almond milk, plus more if needed Pinch of salt Preheat the oven to 190C, fan setting. Place a large handful of kale onto a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until slightly crispy. Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to one side. Place the cashews into a bowl and cover with boiling water, leave to soak for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, drain the cashews and add to a powerful blender or food processor, along with the rest of the sauce ingredients and blend until smooth. You may need to add a dash more of almond milk until you reach the consistency you like best. Cook the pasta according to instructions on the pack. Once cooked, drain and place back into the pan over a medium heat. Mix through the sauce, cooked kale and sun-dried tomatoes.

More easy lunch inspiration 🌱❤️ Simple tomato chickpea bowl with spinach and tahini, delicious as it is or with brown rice, quinoa, sweet potato wedges, jacket potatoes, coconut yoghurt or a simple salad 😍 Twenty minutes, so yum – part of the easy lunch section on our app, link in our bio ❤️ Serves 2-4 • 2x 400g cans of chickpeas, drained • Large handful of spinach • 300g cherry tomatoes, halved • 1 onion, peeled and chopped • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped • 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds • 1 teaspoon of paprika • 1-2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard, depending how mustardy you like it • 1 tablespoon of smooth tahini • Juice of 1 lemon • Olive oil • Salt and pepper • Chilli flakes (optional) Place a pan over a medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil, add the onion, garlic and a sprinkling of salt. Cook for 5-10 minutes until soft. Then add the coriander seeds and paprika and cook for another minute or so before adding the chickpeas, tomatoes and lemon juice. Cook for 5-10 minutes until the tomatoes begin to break down. At this point stir through the tahini and mustard, adding a splash of water if the mixture becomes too thick. Then stir through the spinach, let it wilt and cook together for a few more minutes. Spoon the mixture into bowls, sprinkle with salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
