Grčki jogurt bogat je proteinima i probioticima koji podržavaju zdravlje probave – jagode su pravo malo blago antioksidansa i vitamina C, dok kvalitetna čokolada u malim količinama donosi dozu užitka bez grižnje savjesti. Stoga, uz minimalno truda i bez dodanih konzervansa, ovaj sladoled pruža osvježenje koje je istovremeno lagano, ukusno i puno hranjivih sastojaka.
U nastavku donosimo jednostavan recept:
Sastojci:
- 500 g grčkog jogurta (ili skyra)
- 500 g jagoda
- 100 g tamne čokolade

Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing in between. I recommend using dark chocolate, because milk and white chocolate are thicker when melted, so dipping the popsicles would be more difficult. Tips for dipping the popsicles: 1. Make sure that the popsicles are fully frozen before dipping 2. Let the chocolate cool down for a few minutes before dipping. 3. Dip the popsicles quickly because the chocolate sets very fast. Melt the chocolate again if it starts to set in the bowl 5. Store in the freezer. Postupak pripreme:
- Najprije sitno nasjeckajte jagode i pomiješajte ih s grčkim jogurtom. Po želji, smjesu možete dodatno zasladiti medom ili agavinim sirupom.
- Na lim za pečenje obložen papirom rasporedite smjesu u obliku manjih krugova. U svaki krug lagano utisnite drveni štapić za sladoled, a lim stavite u zamrzivač i ostavite najmanje sat vremena da se smjesa potpuno stisne.
- Dok se sladoledi zamrzavaju, otopite čokoladu na pari ili u mikrovalnoj pećnici.
- Kad je smjesa dovoljno zamrznuta, svaki sladoled prelijte otopljenom čokoladom i vratite u zamrzivač dok se čokolada potpuno ne stvrdne.
